10. Specific rules concerning bank data:

No banking data passes through Airsoft Play servers. The payment procedure is completely outsourced to PAYLINE.

In order to be able to debit the account during invoicing or to credit it following a return, PAYLINE keeps the bank data associated with the authorization number, the time necessary to complete the transaction (payments after shipment of the goods) and the processing of any complaints (returns, disputes).

If you have chosen to register your bank cards, they are automatically deactivated when the card's expiry date expires.

Bank details and bank card rules

In order to ensure the security of payments, PAYLINE is PCI-DSS certified. This standard is an international security standard whose objectives are to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of cardholder data, and thus secure the protection of card and transaction data.

When you place an order by credit card payment at Airsoft Play, our order taking system connects in real time with the PAYLINE system which collects your data and performs various checks to prevent abuse and fraud. The data is stored on PAYLINE servers and is not transmitted to Airsoft Play servers at any time. PAYLINE requests authorization from the bank and sends us a transaction number which allows operations up to the amount of the authorization.

Fight against internet fraud

In order to secure payments and deliveries and ensure optimal quality of service, personal data collected on the site is also processed by Airsoft Play to determine the level of risk of fraud associated with each order and, if applicable, to help modulate the conditions of its execution.

Questions, comments and requests regarding this privacy policy are welcome and should be directed to contact@airsoft-play.com mentioning the subject of your request.
